I don't think you get it at the pump. Also, don't you have to have the upside app for it to work? I know when I use upside, it doesn't work at the pump, but you do get the money back. I'm almost positive the dd works the same way and that the money is in your rewards.If it was a regular Visa card it would work just as a normal Visa debit card. Not that I expect anyone to have an answer to this but I don't see any advantage to this for drivers that use it.
