The relaxing yet sophisticated ambience was one of the reasons that got me return to Viking repeatedly. I think I was spoiled by my previous two impeccable Viking cruises. The 12/23/21 West Indies Explorer on the Sea was not up to the high benchmark set by Viking pre-Covid. I will cut Viking some slacks.
