K so I put the switch into airplane mode and was able to load tinfoil and delete the shops I had. Pengu and stealth shop were the only two I had incase anyone was wondering. I tried installing carcaschoi like someone else recommended and tinfoil would freeze. I had to close tinfoil and try again. I tried as few times and everytime it froze.
So after downloading and installing tinfoil, the steps for adding shops are as follows: Navigate to "File Browser" and press A. Press "-" to add a new shop. Enter the shop details (usually all you need is the correct protocol and host). Press "X" to save and it should auto-refresh.
