You can use UNP outfits on CBBE bodies. You just need to be aware that the shape will be UNP, meaning if you put an UNP outfit on CBBE Slim, the bust will get a lot bigger, the shoulders and hips wider and the waist thicker, and if the outfit in question is skimpy/doesn't cover the pelvis, then you'll see hip-gaps.

UNP is the same type of mod as CBBE - changing the model of the female body. So UNP vs CBBE is really the more appropriate comparison.

For the most part it seems cbbe gets most of the development these days when it comes to new stuff or porting stuff to it. A lot of people are probably like me that use unp are oldrim veterans that are using unp, uunp and bhunp to get the largest variety and almost have the same body across all three with only slight minor variations to the shape.
