Meet Oliver. Oliver is a one eyed 6-7 year old male Shih Tzu rescued as an owner surrender. Oliver came to us from an owner that lost their place to live. Since he has been with us he has had problems with both of his eyes leading to eye removal. Although he is blind he loves to play and rub his face on his dog bed, it is like a game for him.
