So for those who are hung up about having all Glock ™ internals, it looks like the slide release and possibly locking block are probably the only part on a micro lower that is not interchangeable with a 43x.

The main differences i am aware of between the 2 are the design of the trigger return spring and trigger bar. So a 43x trigger bar would not drop in to a Micro. Trigger shoes and such likely would. And potentially, the entire 43x trigger assembly could be swapped in to a Micro, but I am not aware of that's feasible or not.
