The worst Admirals club I have ever been to in 40 years of flying with American. As an Executive Platinum member, I fly a lot with American. Arrived on a flight from Madrid with a 4 hour layover. Always disappointing when you're traveling first or business and there is no Flagship lounge for starters. But this club is packed and I mean packed. Sep. 2022. Really dissapointed in the American Airlines Admirals club in Charlotte North Carolina. Food was not bad but mot much available. No bottles of water. Had to adk for a beer. Not a lot of seating. On the same day we spent 5 hours in the London Heathrow lounge by American and it was really good.
