He's trying to bring back the old-fashioned way of doctors actually helping and working with patients to solve problems. He is very knowledgeable, helpful, caring and kind.Pranicura hasn't healed it, but it keeps it from getting irritated and is soothing. I'm a big fan of this cream. In my experience, the only thing that was effective for a chronic fissure was surgery. That being said, I did find that calmoseptine was helpful and that is similar to Pranicura.
