hotbar doesnt expand currently. it used to extend horizontally, but ea atm doesnt have it. full launch looks like its gonna have vertical expand tho, i've seen 4 rows. I've been avoiding the game for a while, so I can't be totally sure about the UI's intricacies, but I believe what you're looking for is the "Custom" tab at the bottom.

Hotbar bug & missing feats/reactions. So I'm having two little bugs: Sometimes when I click on a spell or anything in my hotbar, instead of selecting it, it will remove it from my hot bar. My guess is that I'm ever so slightly long pressing the left click and initiating a drag, removing it.
