I was having issues with the Flawless Widescreen and Widescreen fix combo, but this has worked flawlessly so far. EDIT: So far I haven't had any UI issues, nor have I had to tweak the UI. You have to edit the Fallout4Prefs.ini in the Documents>My Games>Fallout4 folder and set the values of iSize H=1080 iSize W=2560 (for example). I run it in Fullscreen mode (taking up the entire screen) by using bMaximizeWindow=0 bBorderless=0 bFull Screen=1 in there as well (this is all under the DISPLAY category). Everything seemed to work perfectly but I do have a 21:9 monitor so I am trying to figure out a fix that will work as well. This method in the YouTube video below worked for me before I completed everything in the Nexus mods tutorial above.

Well, I discovered the cause after half an hour of troubleshooting. Apparently the variable fDefaultFoV= controls the distance of the power armor UI display. I had it mirroring my main FoVs (1st/3rd person), which was 100. Removing it from my Fallout4.ini caused the HUD to scale properly with this fix.Next do the same for the second Fallout4Prefs.ini located in wherever your steam is installed then steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Fallout 4.
