I own a 2006 Touring with 80000 miles and same vibration in ECO mode. I changed the rear motor mount ($650) and cured the problem. One can easily replace the mount from underneath. 2016-Today 3rd Gen do not have an 'ECO' mode, it has a 'ECON' mode, its different. Pre-2015 Pilots used ECO and it did have some connections with the VCM.
