It looks like Comcast is brute forcing it and giving every subscriber a public IP instead of using CNG, and they probably have enough IPs to do that for a while. Is my interpretation of this correct? If this is the case is comcast able to do this because of their size, or do more ISPs do this? I have poked around with several other reginal ISPs ...
