The Highroller Lobster Co. is a hip and fun, new-ish restaurant located in Portland. And boy do they bring the heat with their lobster roll. We love unique, yet fresh and delicious, and Highroller is just that. Their lobster roll is unique in that you can customize with your favorite sauce. It is the best non-traditional roll in Portland IMO. People harp on the amount of meat, but I think it provides plenty. Was only $14 just a couple years back before the lobster prices soared. Most recently saw it at $21. Personally I do not recommend any lobster rolls that come drenched in playful mayos.
