Jeep wrangler limp mode reset.

The only thing that may need a reset (and is not required on FCA vehicles) is the IBS. However simply unplugging the IBS from the battery DOES reset it and it will relearn itself over the course of a few days. Check your oil and transmission fluid, and top off if either are low. Disconnect the battery. If your car still goes into limp mode, disconnect the battery and wait for about a half hour to reset your car's computer.
