Default profiles are going to differ from slicer to slicer but you should be calibrating those anyway for each roll of filament. About the only reason I can think of to use Bambu Slicer instead of Orca Slicer is when BS has released some great new feature that you just can't wait for OS to pick up (which it will eventually).
