I've had Lost Sectors that I've run through and basically only killed the champs and the boss and opened my loot. The adds don't matter, the champions do. 3.The actual drop rate is not known. But it seems to be really inconsistent. Edit: though once you do get an exotic to drop you should only get exotics (from the relevant slot for the relevant character) you don't have yet.
