Each imprint will increase certain stats up permanently which will effect that dino regardless of anyone riding it or not, but as to the rider bonus, that is only for whoever imprinted the dino.Change cuddleinterval to 0,22 and you should be able to get 100%. About the buff I guess you're missing the icon on top right corner of the screen, like two fists there. Or you're ridding a 100% imprinted dino but not by you, so you wont get the buff. I noticed flyers don't get a movement speed bonus from imprint even when you have the option for movement speed on flyers enabled, except owls for some reason.
