I was able to spoof my lockdown browser (respondus 2.0.7.01) by enabling Hyper-V in Windows Features, spoofing the smbios, and spoofing the harddisk identifiers. I am not sure if all steps are necessary as iirc the harddisk spoof was the last modification before I got lockdown to run.
