My wife only received the letter indicating her N-400 interview would be on July 10. She did not receive anything about a combined interview. When she received her 551 stamp last month, she was told by the USCIS officer that both her N-400 and I-751 petitions had been combined at NBC and that she would be having a combo interview.Possibly your I-751 will be approved without an interview. In my case, they did the N-400 interview, and then the 751 interview 3 months (!) later. It was the same officer, though. At some field officers a select few IOs can do both N-400s and I-751s and when both are pending this can hold up processing.

So system showed they approved my husbands n400 less than 24 hours after the interview and b4 it showed the i751 was approved.
