Funny my 95 OVR Center and 93 OVR Right Tackle don't make the list but my scrub 70 OVR back up LT, and my 73 OVR left guard do. Every starting receiver is dead after 1 play. Turned off auto subs and they just stay in dead tired so they may as well be trash backups at that point. Madden is ruined by these assholes. They don't give a F about putting out a good game anymore bc they know people will buy their shit game either way.This worked with playing as coach for certain. So I was having this problem too. What you need to do is before starting the off season fire your OC. Then hire new one. Problem solved. Thats not problem solved that is a work around. The game fires my offensive coordinator after the season and won't let me hire a new one. I get a notification saying I need one to play the next.

Every formation and play in the Lions Offense playbook in Madden 24Fire their OC and then switch back to your team to hire the OC. The CPU will auto generate a new OC. Online will be a bit more tricky. You need to have a second user join the franchise and fire the OC (cannot be someone who will be managing a team as they will have the same problem.). You can then hire that OC and let the CPU generate a new one.I was able to fix this problem by going into user teams under the options tab and creating a dummy user. Then I selected a new team owner, fired that teams offensive coordinator, then rehired him for my original team.
