Now, this is the most common reason why people get deactivated. While Doordash allows customers to easily refund orders for several reasons such as incomplete delivery, not following instructions, bringing a cold food, etc, they only do this to maintain their loyalty to customers, rather than creating a bad image for themselves.
So I got deactivated from dasher app because of using the same email with my doordash app. The funny thing here is I dont use doordash app, I only use it to buy food with my coupon from dasher app but not really that much. And they refuse to tell me the reason why or what I had violated their term no matter how much I have try to contact to them. DoorDash does not have the right to restrict Contractor from performing services for Contractor’s own business, other businesses, consumers, or any other third parties at any time, even if such business directly competes with DoorDash, and even during the time Contractor is logged into the DoorDash Platform so long as performing such services ...You can unassign order for any reason, but you can't cancel order yourself without calling support and explain to them. My completion rate is 98%, and this company still throw me off the edge. Unless you unassign, then dash away with the order, I see no reason to purge someone for fraudulent activities. The first appeal was denied and they provided no information on the cause or why it was denied. When I call support they’re saying they don’t even see any appeals and keep advising me to file appeals. Now when I try and login it’s giving an unable to login w email and password it’s not saying account deactivated anymore.
