I disagree. I no longer carry cleave or great cleave on my barbarian. Especially since the release of strikethough i have no trouble hitting multiple enemies. You really only need 3 buttons to play barb dps. 1) Cracking attack 2) adrenaline 3) boulders might. Bear is still useful for quests though, since the strikethrough can technically equate to more damage in some situations. 11 Barbarian is for the Greater Rage ability. Fvs is for Divine Might, since you otherwise lack a battle trance. The build goes tier 5 in Frenzied Berserker, just like all DPS-centered Barb builds.

Ravager self healing is so good I find it difficult not to incorporate 6 barbarian into most melee builds. I'm currently working on my last fighter life which is going to be 14 Ftr // 6 Barb.
