Better trigger, better release lever design, supposedly a better barrel( similar to the one used in the accura), little bit different stock shape. To me the difference in barrel length is a non-issue. For a few years, and many deers, i have been carrying a 23" barrel. It works good. However, in my opinion, the opening/closing latch on the Optima V2 is a way more better than the latch on the Wolf. Parts of the trigger assembly are plastic. The breech plug is no where near as good as the CVA BH209 plug and seals worse that either QRBP. Upper end CVAs have adjustable triggers too. I bought a CVA Optima many years ago. I love it. I hear the Accura is great but have never shot one. I highly recommend Blackhorn 209 powder.
