So I was reading the other thread of various wait times for ATF and I pulled out my MSP letter. I do not remember when I dropped off my paperwork at Reisterstown but it was a while ago. I didnt think it was that long ago but my CJIS letter says recieved 11/1/2009. My check was cashed 1/4/01.
