I could see that spreadsheet being pretty nice, but I would actually create a separate column for each stat so you can easily sort by the stat you want. Also include armor weight and value. If you really want to get spicy, include modified armor stats as well. Advantage to a spreadsheet is being able to organize based on what's important to you.
