Have your dealer set up a technical case with XM/Sirrius, and they will get it corrected. They were able to fix the XTS within a day. The 3 month trial is correct, it should be active and functioning.The steering wheel controls work fine and the backup cam. The AC works but I cant change the settings from the screen.
