Same issue as you, Found the fix. I had to open yuzu in steam desktop, then open speaker on the desktop bottom right menu. click applications and Yuzu is muted by default. I unchecked mute and booted back into steam deck game OS. Audio works now.

Try setting the "Scaling Filter" within the "Performance" tab of the right side menu to "FSR". You should immediately see an improvement. You shouldn't need to restart the game.
