Overall, I'd say that Burst is usually better. Bandit is usually at close enough range that Burst hits enough pellets to match or exceed Blast in base damage, and he does have another long-range attack in his special. However, for long runs, where Bandit falls behind and proc chains dominate, Blast will end up stronger.
I think the head is a helmet since the alternate skin does not have robotics for head. so far i think Rex and Mul-T are the only robots.
