Recommending Achilles to a self-titled noob isn't a great choice IMO. I defeated Hades on 16 heat with every weapon and still couldn't learn Achilles aspect properly. It would require a lot of practice for OP as well, I assume. The almost ridiculous Zag-spear and hope for Flurry Jab, or how it's called, is the easy-cheesy way, for me.Technically speaking, fists is the worst because it has less range lol.
