Not sure about the 10spd, but the 8 and 9 spd's had a shudder problem (with TSB's) at light throttle and between 20-40mph, usually 3rd or 4th gear. Do a double dump (drain and fill (change the filter) run a couple hundred miles, then drain and fill again). Then change every 30K.
