May 13, 2020 · Today, is a huge day for me, as I can shoot this Rock Island Armory M206 .38 Special Revolver with no pain whatsoever! I was shooting Armscor .38 Special .125gr they have a copper platted nose that is flat like a wadcutter not round. I shot about 100 rounds today, no problems with the ammo. There were a couple times where he had a failure to feed; I didn't think much of it at the time and chalked it up to "the gun didn't like the ammo". The ammo shot perfect and was well packaged. The 22tcm round I believe is a necked down 9mm and was fun to shoot. We were hitting an 8 inch steel at 100 yards with ease.

As Sniper03 stated, P+ is meant only for defensive scenario's rather than target shooting. The reason for my question is clarification as to how durable the Rock Island M206 is considering that it's made up of pot metal. Can't blame you for asking though since P+ can't take a hard toll on even revolvers rated in that pressure.
