Nov 17, 2019 · I had this problem as well, but it is super easy to fix. Put both airpods back in the case with both of the modes off. Then hold the button in the back for 15 seconds until the light turns amber, connect the airpods with your phone again. And problem solved, no hissing noise in any of the Airpods. Hope this helped.
