Abs light on chevy silverado.
ABS activates below 5mph when stopping. My truck was left in the snow for a couple months while I recovered from knee surgery. Now when slowing to a stop the abs system start when it goes below 5mph. The dashboard abs light has turned on a couple times but never stays on. The multimeter reads 0.996 ohms on both abs sensors in the front wheels.

I have a fairly new to me 2001 Silverado 2500HD that I picked up when I totals my 2001 Silverado 1500. I love the truck and the extra power the 6.o has over the 4.8 I had in my old truck. Hello, I have been restoring my 2001 Silverado 1500 HD. I replaced the top of the ABS unit and put in new break lines and vacuumed bled the brake lines. And the Break master cylinder level is at the proper level. Recently the ABS and the Break lights have been flashing. I put in the parking brake and released it and that clear the blinking.

Hi there. A couple days ago both the ABS light and the Traction Control lights came on my 09 Silverado. Screen says "service traction control" and "service stabilitrak". The code it gave was C0050, which said "Right Rear Wheel Speed Circut Sensor Fault". So I replaced that sensor and the lights came right back on with the same code.
