One thing that I have been looking at however are the 300 Norma improved and the 30–338 lapua improved. These two Chamberings are similar in usage. however the Lapua beats out the norma velocity wise. With a 30 inch barrel in both, my findings show a 230gr in a norma improved thrown at about 3075-3150 fps compared the the lapua imp at 3200-3250.
