I can tell you that my experience is that once near compressed or compressed in 300BLK the Extreme Spread (ES) can get great. Yes you can pack more powder in and get a higher Max FPS but if you chrony 5 rounds you might have something ridiculous like 2465fps and then 2250fps back to back. That would kill SD as well.
